Build

Build what you’ve already decided on.

My team of tech VAs and online business managers sets up and runs the backend of mission-driven online businesses: launches, platforms, automations and day-to-day operations.

every path tested before cart opens

Launch week shouldn’t feel like a never-ending checklist

The gaps between tools are where launches break:

  • The welcome email never sends because a tag didn’t fire
  • Payment-plan buyers don’t get course access
  • The coupon works on the sales page but not at checkout
  • The replay link still points to last year’s webinar
  • The cart-close timer ends in the wrong time zone
  • “I can’t log in” arrives at 11pm on cart-open day
  • Why didn't the welcome email send?
  • I'm not techy
  • Zapier turned itself off again
  • I spent all weekend in Kajabi

What my team builds

Launch tech

Sales and checkout pages, email sequences, webinar and live-event setup, and someone on hand to fix things during launch week.

Platforms and tools

Course and community platform setup, CRM and email platform setup, and migrations between tools. We work across the platforms online businesses run on; see the list below.

Automations

Connecting the tools you already pay for, so enrollments, onboarding and follow-ups happen without anyone copying and pasting.

Ongoing operations

An online business manager who runs projects, coordinates your team, handles tool support tickets and documents the processes you’ve settled on.

How a launch runs with us

  1. Two weeks out

    Brief

We agree in writing what’s launching, to whom, on which tools, and what done looks like.

  2. 10 days out

    Build

Sales page, checkout, payment plans, emails and access automations.

  3. 5 days out

    Test every path

Pay in full, payment plan, coupon, failed card, refund. Each one as a real buyer.

  4. The day before

    Dry run

The cart-open email goes to a test list. Links, timers and tags checked.

  5. Cart open

    On call

On Voxer from cart open to cart close, fixing things before buyers notice.

  6. A week after

    Handover

A walkthrough video and a one-page guide for every system we built.

Not launching? Platform setups, migrations and automations follow the same brief, build, test and handover steps. The handover is the step that’s easiest to skip, and it’s the difference between a system you own and one you avoid.

Anh was new to my business when I walked her through an automation that required a complex weave of many different tools, scenarios, combinations of variables and moving parts. As I went through what was needed, I paused and said: “I’m sorry Anh. I know it’s like a Rubik’s cube.” Anh replied matter-of-factly and said: “It takes me a minute to solve the Rubik’s cube.”

Every build starts with a brief

We don’t start work from “can you set up a funnel?” We start from a short written brief: what’s being built, who uses it, what it replaces, and what it’s for.

If you’ve done Before You Build, you already have one. If not, we write a scoping brief together in the first week, before anything gets built. Scoping is a small paid step, and the full amount comes off the project if you go ahead.

Tools we work with

We work across the tools online businesses run on, including:

  • Email and CRM: ActiveCampaign, Kit (ConvertKit), Mailchimp, MailerLite, Flodesk, Keap, HubSpot
  • Courses and memberships: Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Podia, Kartra, Memberstack
  • Communities: Circle, Skool, Mighty Networks
  • Checkout and payments: ThriveCart, SamCart, Stripe, PayPal
  • Automation: Zapier, Make
  • Websites and pages: WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Leadpages
  • Scheduling and projects: Calendly, TidyCal, Acuity, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Slack

Using something that isn’t listed? Ask. If it’s a tool an online business runs on, we’ve very likely worked in it or something close to it.

With Anh along my side, I truly feel as though I have a collaborative partner. If a system is incapable of doing what I’d like for it to do, she comes with alternatives. What I appreciate the most about Anh is that I don’t have to figure out anything. I tell her the objective, and she strategizes and comes back with a seamless, streamlined, and hassle-free user experience system.

Alyssa

She executes faster than the speed of light, catches mistakes before they come up, and she keeps her eye on the big picture and on every detail.

Ela

She sees the big picture and is at the same time very well aware of all the little puzzle pieces and the timeline.

Send me a voice note describing what you want built and what it’s for. If it’s clear enough to build, we’ll scope it. If it isn’t, I’ll suggest Before You Build first and tell you why.
